I work in ISS at the University of Leeds and am Chair of the Communications, Liaison and Information Working Group, part of UCISA-TLIG.
At Leeds I'm involved in all aspects of ISS' communication with our users. At the moment I'm particularly involved with the redesign of the ISS website and its move to a CMS (Jadu) and the relauch of our newsletter, Connected.
